We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. "("Google"). Google uses cookies. There is no advertising on qgiscloud.com in the paid qgiscloud.com accounts. Free qgiscloud.com accounts may display advertising. (e.g. on the web pages and in e-mails). In principle, personal data will not be passed on for advertising purposes
In qgiscloud.com, various measures ensure that third parties cannot access third-party accounts or data without authorization. A central element for the access protection to qgiscloud.com accounts is the password. Choose a secure password and keep your password secret to prevent unauthorized access to your qgiscloud.com account.
The qgiscloud.com service works with various payment systems (non-exhaustive list: Paypal, Stripe). You can find the relevant data protection guidelines at the payment system providers. Credit card payments are processed via stripe.com. The credit card payment information entered on qgiscloud.com is forwarded directly to our partner Stripe for payment. The service provider only knows the last 4 digits of the credit card and the corresponding e-mail address. These are data that would have to be provided anyway.
In accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act of 19 June 1992 in the current version and the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 EU DSGVO, you have a right to access, correct and remove your personal data. All personal information we hold and process may be viewed, corrected or deleted by the responsible administrators of a qgiscloud.com account. The service provider (qgiscloud.com) is not entitled to make corrections to personal data.
